Bank DKI Wins Indonesia Best Bank 2023 Award

Bank DKI won the 'Indonesia Best Bank 2023 for The Ease of Payment for Daily Needs (Category: KBMI 2, and BPD)' award for its commitment and consistency in presenting various digital banking services to facilitate people's daily transactions.

This award is dedicated to all stakeholders, customers, especially business partners

Bank DKI Acting President Director, Amirul Wicaksono said this award is a valuable appreciation in digital transformation efforts and Bank DKI's commitment in expanding the range of financial services to customers.

"This award is dedicated to all stakeholders, customers, especially business partners who grow and do business with Bank DKI, including collaboration steps, entities, government, BUMD, BUMN, and other private sectors," he expressed, Thursday (8/3).

He revealed the presence of Bank DKI's various digital products and services is the company's commitment in responding to challenges in the digitalization era and efforts to increase the company's positive performance.

According to him, digital shifting is inseparable from the company's efforts to welcome changes in people's behavior, especially customers who need easy, safe, and comfortable banking services.

"Thus, the transformation of digital banking services continues to be our concern," he said.

Company Secretary, Arie Rinaldi explained the 2023 Indonesia Best Bank Awards received by Bank DKI is an appreciation and encouragement for the company to continue to expand financial access and increase added value to products and services, including through various collaborative steps.

"This award is a passion for all Bank DKI personnel in presenting banking service innovations in realizing the company's achievements in becoming the bank of choice for Jakartans," he added.

As for the information, the 2023 Indonesia Best Bank Awards are given to financial service actors by passing a number of assessment mechanisms, namely, the desk research method with six variable aspects namely, Risk Profile, Corporate Governance, Profitability, Capital, Intermediation Performance, and Digital Shifting Conditions.

He went on to say that the media monitoring method and the expert panel method were also used to strengthen candidates in receiving the award.

For information, Bank DKI is consistently improving and developing digital banking services, including the JakOne Mobile super app, which increasingly has a variety of daily payment transaction features, from transfers between accounts, account opening, QRIS Scan, to Zakat and Donations. Most recently, Bank DKI has launched the JakErte feature which provides easy administration for RT administrators.

Bank DKI also continues to develop JakOne Abank for MSMEs and other digital services such as the Cash Management System, as well as online credit/financing application applications, with digital lending applications.

In terms of non-cash transaction services using cards, they keep expanding the acceptance of JakCard which functions as an electronic money card in various modes of Jakarta transportation, entrance tickets to a number of museums, to transactions at various merchants.

In fact, some time ago, Bank DKI launched the implementation of using JakCard as a Commuter Line train ticket as a collaboration with PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia.
